Volunteer

The Justice Conference would not be possible without an amazing group of servant hearted, dedicated and talented volunteers. Last year, we had over fifty wonderful volunteers donate their time at the conference and had a small hard-working team who contributed behind the scenes in the months leading up to the event. 


CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

 

Conference Volunteer
Time commitment:  15hours across duration of conference, plus induction evening prior to event (date TBA)
Location: The Justice Conference Melbourne (Melbourne CBD)
 
Do you love being involved in events and sharing the message of justice to Australian Christians? We're looking for volunteers who are keen to help support in the running of The Justice Conference, in Melbourne CBD from October 27-28 2017.

The role of a conference volunteer is to be available to assist with the facilitation of the conference. This will include set up and pack down of equipment (light lifting involved), providing information support to delegates, ushering, general administrative duties and conference support to The Justice Conference team.

In the interests of child-safety volunteers must be over the age of 18.

TEAR Australia’s recruitment and selection procedures and checks reflect our commitment to the well-being and protection of children.  All volunteers will be required to undergo relevant due diligence check (eg. Working with Children Check) as part of the selection process.
